How do you get juice from apples without a juicer?

This may seem like a silly question, but any help would be appreciated.

i would think that you mash the apples, and put the mashed pulp through a really fine strainer over a cup or jar. You would probably leave it in the fridge or something for a while. i can't see why it wouldn't work. lol.

I want to know how to make apple, cran or grape juice..Do i need a juicer?

It would probably be the easiest way. Apple juice (soft cider, anyway) is usually made by pulping the apples, stuffing them into a canvas bag, and squashing it in a press; grape juice is similar but has a slightly different press design, like a bucket with slits in the side. (Cranberry, I think, is similar to grape, but with more pressure and added sugar.)

So yeah, go with the juicer.
