When in the next Apple press conference?
I am hoping to purchase a MacBook Pro, but i have heard around the internet that Apple will be holding another press conference later this year, where they might unveil an update for the Macbook Pro, can any tell me a date in which this conference is likely to held, so i have some idea on how long i will have to wait? thank you

I tend to frequent the Macintosh rumor sites too, but it doesn't happen until Steve Jobs announces it.
He has made some regularly scheduled announcements at MacWorld Expos that are held in early January and the Mac Developers Conference that is in the May/June time frame. Although the upgrades aren't scheduled, they do tend to come at regular times of each year.
You can usually tell, by when the last time the MacBook Pro was updated. When you start seeing the local Macintosh dealers selling off their inventory, you can tell that they're about ready to upgrade that particular model.
The best time to buy a MBP is right now. Best of luck with your new MacBook Pro.

When I turn on my Macbook, it freezes with white screen, apple logo and a the spinning grey disk. How do I fix?
Im on Leopard 10.5, I tried everything but my mac wont start up, I can only access to the windows partition. When I press the turn on button, the screen goes white and with apple logo and the grey spinning disk, and it freezes like that.

Start Mac OS X in Verbose (Hold CMD+V during boot), and see what's going on.
If you can't even start it in verbose, you might need to re-image/re-install 10.5
Since you have Windows Installed, your BootCamp drivers have enabled Read-Only for your HFS+J Disk, back up all your data that way, and Re-install 10.5

my friends bf was about to buy the iPhone 4 but got that one instead cause he said it was better.

Some of you may remember the 3 red light problem wth the xbox360. microsoft really assumed thr responsability and sent a DHL truck to pick my xbox360 to my house, they repaired it, and sent it back, all for free. That is really what making a costumer happy is. That's how apple shld face his problm, by changing the way the antenna works (maybe rebuilding the design, or covering the antenna with a built in cover… i don't give a shit) but they just won't do it to save as much money as possible.
