Black Healthy Juice

How much weight can I loose by giving up all soda?
I am five feet six inches tall and weigh in at a modest 140 pounds. I am moderately active and do not binge on unhealthy snacks or fast food. While I am very happy with my curvy shape ( and so is my fiance), I would like to slim down just a bit and get healthier in the process. If I give up soda and nothing else, how much weight can I expect to loose? (The soda is replaced with water, 100% fruit juices, milk, unsweetened tea, and black coffee.)
careful with fruit juices and milk.
Both are healthy but have calories.
The idea is good and it will help slowly but surely
I like your attitude towards your body

Brighter, Glowing Skin Naturally With Lemon Juice
How can i lighten my natural black hair?
Ok...so I want to lighten my natural black hair (I have healthy asian hair) I want that brownish reddish color..the color that it looks like in the sun, but I don't really want to go to the salon and spend so much money when i feel like i can do it myself...
i have tried lemon juice and that hasn't worked...and I don't want to try sun-in because i have heard bad things about that.. any suggestions on what i can do?
if worst comes to worst, i'll probably do it professionally..
To be very honest, asian hair is probably one of the toughest (if not impossible) to lighten w/out chemicals, the texture is very unique. You will probably want to get this professionally done, but if you want to do something from home, you can look into a special line from L'Oreal that actually lightens black/dark hair (natural only, not colored/dyed black), to just about any color, even blond (without using bleach). I love using it, but do a hair strand test FIRST, before doing anything, because I've seen people w/similiar hair colors get VERY different results. (Different textures can affect this).
You could even do something like a light bleach (just take it to red, not the whole blond level), rinse, then color it to the henna color you're looking for (the brownish red/auburn), and definitely DON'T forget a conditioning treatment! (The bleach and color will make it VERY coarse, the chemicals are harsh on hair, plus the conditioner helps to seal in the color).
*Note* - If you go red, only wash your hair w/lukewarm, cool water, red tends to fade faster than other colors, the hot water will make it bleed and fade faster. (Trust me on this, lol...I'm a redhead now)
Also, if you bleach it, use a cream bleach w/heat if you do it yourself, never EVER put powdered bleach on the scalp - it will make your skin blister and burn, and that hurts! If you have a friend help, powdered bleach w/heat will work faster, but save the roots close to the scalp and ends for last (like 5-10 min), as they will develop faster, but don't get the skin. Cream would just be easier if doing by yourself. Good luck!
But yeah, lemon juice doesn't work for black hair, only light brown, or dark blond/blond hair.
