Blender Juicer Grinder HELP ................ I need some reasons why these appliances are worth purchasing ?
Yes its for my daughter's Home-Ech project and I can't seem to find any reasons on the net, so I came to you guys. Any additional information would help.
-- I already used it makes work easier for advantages --
Salad Dryer... Makes it easier to wash lettuce because they normally have a basket that you can place the lettuce in and then hold under running water. This will help get rid off any soil or pesticides that may still be on the lettuce. Afterward you set the basket into the salad dryer and crank the handle. The basket will spin and centrifugal will cause the water to run off and be collected in the bowl below the basket and the lettuce will be mostly dry.
Grater... you need a grater to grind up blocks of cheese or certain spices that you might want to sprinkle over certain dishes. Graters range in size from small hand held ones to larger ones that are set down on a hard surface and that have 4 sides to them each side having a different grating pattern.
Toaster Oven... A toaster oven is used for small jobs that might be done in a regular sized oven. They are conveineint
because one doesn't have to heat up an entire oven to broil only one steak or make a grilled cheese sandwich. They are easier to clean also.
Meat Grinder... Meat grinders normally attach to your counter top and are used to grind up different (better)cuts of meat into hamburger meat which is less fatty. Sometimes you can purchase these better cuts of meat on sale and grind them yourself rather than have the butcher do it which costs extra sometimes.
Shrimp Deveiner ... used to peel the outer crust or shell of of shrimp before you cook them. These are handy to use if you catch your own shrimp or like to buy shrimp that hasn't been processed.
Juicer... You can make your own juices from fresh fruit and vegetables. Some say that it is healthier and better tasting than juices you might buy in the store because it is fresher and there are no chemicals added.
Which is the food processor that is the most useful and efficient?
Hi!
I'm looking for some help to decide on a food processor to meet my cooking needs. Ideally, it should be something that is compact, easy to clean, has a blender jar, chutney grinder jar, a kneading attachment, and more importantly, a good juicer-the one that separates the pulp from the juice (not the citrus one, although if it includes a citrus juicer, well and good). Does anybody own or know about one like this?
Thanks in advance for any answers!
SUMEET food processors are good and have the attachmnets you want. For a juicer i use a PHILIPS make. Both have lasted me for 6 years without any problem. You have to be careful while fitting the jar on though before turning it on. If not well fitted, it can break the rubber base.
