hello! i'm a 17 year old girl, very health-conscious, and i am currently trying to heal my body. for a while now, i have been using some very unhealthy practices to stay at a low weight (i'm 5'7, 104-105lbs), and i'm done. i'm done having a lack of energy, i'm done feeling angry and depressed, i want to live again.
i've recently made some life changes in order to get healthier overall.
i started pilates, stopped my intense cardio routine, and plan on eating fresh, healthy, whole foods.

i got a juicer, because i hear the benefits are AMAZING.
i need some good recipes and tips. any suggestions?

some brief info on juicing would be nice as well.

i want to make juice for my breakfast tomorrow before i go to school, and i'd like to include spinach.

I don't have any recipes for juicing of my own, I just use the booklet that came with the thing.
But an easy/healthy breakfast would be -yogurt and pomegranate juice. For lunches try like asian salads and dinner if youre not a vegetarian, Salmon and dark green veggies and wild rice blends.

Top foods to eat would be colorful veggies like blueberries and red cabbage. Snack on fresh/frozen soy beans boiled and salted. Hummus and sprouted grain breads.
Berries and seeds and sprouts are some of the most nutritious foods.
