does juice from juicer havr lots of calories?
my husband and I go to the gym every day and come home and juice with our juicer we use all fresh fruits and vegies
3 apple
6 strawberrys
1/4 cucumber
1/4 ginger
2 radish
1/4 cantalope
1/4 pineapple
6-8 blackberrys
1/2 cup blueberrys
3 oranges
3 carrots
1 banana(for flavor not juice)
that's ushally it every so often we will throw a mango,kiwi,etc. I guess I want to know if this is counter acting my diet trying to loses a few pounds and would hate to have to give up my morning juice. We dont eat breakfast so the juice is it for the morning.Thanks would love so info. on this!!
Just add up the calories of the stuff you put into the juicer. Juicers don't add calories. If you put 100 calories of apple slices in a juicer you will get 100 calories of juice out.

I really really love your videos! I'm on an all raw food diet right now (week 3), and I hope to be able to go on a juice fast pretty soon. It's a bit tough to get all of the supplies at college. The crazy (awesome) thing is, I've completely lost any desire to eat non-raw foods. I love it! Good luck to everyone else juicing/fasting!
