Glad your bread turned out! I have only had my wheat grinder for a little over a year and I love it. Shortly after that we got a KitchenAid and I love that too! Mondays are my bread day and most often the kids eat a whole loaf just for lunch.
It looks like we had the same idea to use the GP manual for FHE, we figured why invent anything new when it is already all outlined for us! Simplicity is the key for me these days.
It sounds like you are managing well with your four!
