I am needing some recipes for veggie juice detoxes. I want to use my juicer. I just need to know what are some good recipes. thanks

What is your raw food diet plan?
I'm having trouble finding a raw food diet plan, so I thought I'd come here and ask you what yours was. Please don't lecture me about any other methods of dieting, I just need an EFFECTIVE, well-balanced RAW FOOD diet plan that cuts fat fast.
Please no complicated recipes or anything, I don't have a juicer, or anything like that. I need one that is effective, and simple.

I'm also interested in getting rid of my acne, and I heard the raw food diet does that. And I heard it whitens teeth, and gives you a natural "tan" or something. Don't know if this is vital information but it couldn't hurt to add it.
