Energy Drinks Juicer

Juicing energy for Diabetics?
I'm a type 1 Diabetic who is a huge fan of energy drinks, and since I'm not a picky eater/drinker I pretty much enjoy everything that I ingest. So I want to get off energy drinks because they're unhealthy and I want to put my juicer to better use. Can you give me some ideas on what to use that would have up to but no more than 25g of sugar per 20 oz serving juicing recipes that would have excellent health benefits and sustained energy? Vegetables, Fruits don't matter I like them all, also please just don't google this, I could have done that.. I want personal experience
How about you blend your own real fruits?

Is this normal for this to happen when you start drinking juice from a juicer?
I juiced 4 cups of spinach, 3 apples, a little ginger root, half a cucumber and a 1.5 cups of baby carrots. It equaled a total of 1.5 cups of juice.
I drank that, than I drank 16 oz of water at noon and that's I have had to eat or drink today (it's now 3:15 p.m.).
I pooped about an hour later, but it didn't out very easily and it looked like little balls. Now I keep having to pee 2 - 3 times an hour.
Also I started feeling tired, but when I laid down and tried to fall asleep, I couldn't. After an hour of trying that, I got back up and I'm watching tv now considering going out to the mall.
I don't understand what I am doing wrong.My friend was bragging just the other day about how all she had was juice and oatmeal and she had so much energy and felt so healthy and clean. I don't feel like that at all. I just feel like myself except I'm peeing more
when you drink juice from a juicer, you get all the fiber and nutrients originally in whatever it was you juiced. so it's like you just ate 4 cups of spinach, 3 apples, a little ginger root, half a cucumber and a 1.5 cups of baby carrots
