I tried making ice cream this morning, but my attempt? FAIL

I’m not giving up yet, but here’s what I think went wrong.

Instead of a food processor, I used a mini blender. I only had one banana, so there wasn’t enough contents to stick to the blades. The smooshed banana just stuck to the sides. I will try it again with 1) a mini food processor (don't have a regular one and I'm only making for myself), 2) more banana.

Thank you! And me too! I’ve always loved blondies, more so than brownies, even. You could definitely sub in almond flour for the cashew flour—I didn’t put this in there, because it was kind of spontaneous, but I actually ended up subbing in about 1/2 cup brazilnut flour for cashew because I needed to use it up. So the nut flours are very flexible. For coconut flour, you could take unsweetened, dried, shredded coconut flakes and whiz them in dry food processor until they’re as powdery as you can make them. Ta-da—coconut flour! :D
