Free Juicing Recipe

Have you ever tried Frozen Banana Munchies?
Thier used for fat-free "chips" instead of eating potato chips. If your interested here is the recipe.
Squeeze some fresh lemon juice in a bowl and add banana slices, stirring them around so they are well coated. Then line the banana circles on a small non-stick cookie sheet lighly sprayed with fat-free vegtable cooking oil. Place the tray of banana slices in your freezer. When frozen, scoop them into a plastic bag with a spatula. Put the bag of frozen banana munchies back in the freezer and save util you need a snack.
That does sound good, I'll have to try that. My ex-husband loved frozen bananas dipped in chocolate.
*You peel the banana then stick it on a squer.
*Dip the banan in melted chocolate and roll in nuts or sprinkles.
*Lay bananas on a cookie sheet and let freeze until you're ready for wrap them for comsumption later.
Enjoy!

Any really nice alcohol-free or low alcohol wines/spirits out there?
Please don't provide recipes or juices, just a specific recommendations would be greatly appreciated, thanks! Also, I have tried Sutterhome's Fre and Ariel, any others that might taste more authentic?
Hellllloooooo, mandymooma, read before you write...I said no-non answers, just specific labels/brands please....lets try this again...
Oh! Try Martinelli's! I haven't been able to forget this brand of sparkling fruit juice for over--well--for many years. My favorite is sparkling apple juice. It leaves a sexy, sweet bite on the tongue. If you'd like to add a splash of alcohol, so much the better.

I like the golds better just because of the flavor, Grand Marnier is typical in marg's but triple sec can be used or neither. I'd use the juice, but buy a can of nectar and experiment. It's all a matter of taste. I hate my marg's "frozen" with ice. just on the rocks is best however if you want to make it frozen, freeze the mango juice or nectar in ice cube trays first and use as ice, this way it does not get watered down at all. Good luck
