Fresh Juice Recipes Juicer
juicing diet help please!(to people who have tried this diet?
i decided to try the juice diet. (the diet when you make some fresh squeezed juice in replaces of food.) but i have some questions
1. what are some good juice recipes?
2. i dont have a juicer so should i just squeeze the juice out of them?
3. did you get good results if so how fast did it take you to get them
4. how long did you do this diet?
Good for you for doing something good for yourself! You kinda really need a juicer though, it is pretty much impossible to juice vegetables by squeezing them. I recommend a Juiceman Juicer. You can sometimes find them at flea markets or the Goodwill, as some people buy them but don't use them and get rid of them. Retail they cost about 50 bucks.
Juicing is very healthful and beneficial. And its more of a lifestyle than a diet. If you are going to start juicing why not make a lifestyle out of it? Juicing feeds your body of the vitamins and minerals and enzymes it needs for perfect health. Benefits include clearer skin, more energy, weight loss, clearer mind, and a general feeling of well being. Don't over do it at first, take your time and let your body get used to it. Do not mix fruits and vegetables together. You can mix only apples with vegetables. Spinach and parsley and kelp are among the healthiest plants you can juice so use them as much as you can but use parsley sparingly though as it is very potent. Hope I helped!

I just made a pancake batter, I have one egg white left over, what can I use it for?
Hi after making a pancake batter I have one egg white only left, what can I use it for I hate to waste? Is there somthing I can make out of it that is quick and easy? Whether this be food or some say egg white is good for your hair??? I am open to any serious ideas, I need the recipe or method too- I am an idiot in the kitchen. I made my boyfriend fresh orange juice yesterday with our juicer, he didn't drink more than a mouth full as it was apparently too sweet for him; now the juice is a day old, my parents have the flu, perhaps there is somway of utilising the orange juice and the egg white to make something that will help my parents fight th flu???? Thanks in advance peace out guys
