How To Get Rid Of Love Handles - It Really Is Easy
So you want to know how to get rid of love handles, hopefully sooner than later. The term "love handles" actually sounds nice and affectionate but in reality causes a lot of people a lot of problems. It can be a very horrible feeling when you put on those brand new jeans only to see rolls of fat jumping out over the sides or when you put on a tight top and have your spare tyre on show. It can make you feel very self-conscious and lower your self-esteem, fortunately there is something you can do about it.
There are many places on the internet offering quick fix solutions such as special pills or exercises as used by this or that celebrity but the answer however is a lot more simple than that.
The only true way to get rid of your love handles or any other problem area on the body where there is excess fat stored is to reduce your overall body fat. "Wow, that's it", I here you cry. Well, in a nutshell.....yes. So, the next question begs "how do I reduce my overall body fat"? I thought you'd never ask.
How To Reduce Body Fat
The best way to reduce body fat is through proper nutrition and exercise. The are so many diets and exercise regimes available it can be so confusing but all it takes is a little common sense. If you read through any fitness magazine there's probably a section in there showing a stick thin female model or a buffed up male model with their daily diet and daily training regime. They probably train twice a day 6 days a week and eat 6 small meals a day all evenly spaced out, then there's the protein shakes and supplements and...STOP!
I don't know about you but that's not the kind of life I want or can afford to have. I have 2 young children to bring up and a whole host of duties that comes along with that. I haven't got the time to train all the time or count calories and eat 6 times a day and neither would I want to. I want my life to be free, fun and enjoyable. Imagine having to analyze every meal you eat everyday, how soul destroying is that? Just keep things simple and natural and you won't go far wrong. Love handles will be a thing of the past.
Diet
To be honest this isn't Rocket Science. Cut down on your saturated fat, fast foods and sugar. Snack on fruit and nuts, have a salad now and again. Eat more vegetables. Replace some soft drinks with green tea, water or buy a juicer. Use whole foods instead of buying processed foods. You don't have to starve yourself but just be aware of what you're putting in your mouth, just remember excess calories turn to fat.
Exercise
There are probably more exercise programs on the market than there are diets at the moment so where do you start? The best thing you can do when searching for an exercise program is to find something you are really going to enjoy. There are so many options available such as Tai Chi, Yoga, Dancing, Kick Boxing, Weight Training, Pilates, Cross Training, Swimming, Soccer, Aerobics, etc., there is something for everyone. There are also many instructional DVD's available so you can workout at home whenever you want. Find something you feel passionate about and that doesn't feel like a chore, that way you'll actually enjoy exercising and are more likely to stick with it. Even if you go walking a few times a week just try to do something that will raise your heart rate and get you sweating. Just do it naturally and you'll be burning off those love handles in no time.

They are yummy.
We own a Green Life Juicer and the clean up wasn't bad at all. I thought it was definitely faster than making a salad. I was thinking on busy days when I don't have much time to spend in the kitchen preparing and eating raw vegetables and fruits I will juice instead. That way I'm still getting all the nutritional benefits without all of the hassle. It's less time to drink a salad than eat one! It might take more time at first but once you get the hang of it, clean up goes pretty fast. The key might be cleaning up right after you juice so it isn't a lot of scrubbing. If I remember, I'll try to time myself and let you know.

yea i gotta agree with tfyoungskeettf; this s14 is the not the se model. the se model also came with a viscous LSD and a rear sway bar.
