I have 2 10" soundstream t5 800rms (800rms a piece) subs, what amp should i use?
I was thinking about using either the kicer zx750.1 or kicker zx1000.1, i want to push subs to potential but not abuse them, if that makes any sense.

You can wire your subs either at a 0.5,2, or 8ohm final load.

I would wire them at a 2ohm final load.
Between those two choices I would get the Zx1000.1 mono ap.
Now that amp is underrated and probably push around 1200x1@2ohm, depending on the birthsheet(I've seen some ZX1000.1 pushing that much.)
But to get the potential power out those subs you need a amp that pushes close to 1600rms @ the right load.

What is the best type of paint to us on a piece of durable polycarbonate resin thermoplastic?
I need to paint this piece of Plastic. I have a 0.125” thick, “highly durable polycarbonate resin thermoplastic”, its called Lexan according to wikipedia, it is “intended to replace traditional glass and Plexiglas where the need for strength and impact resistance justifies its higher cost. It is a polycarbonate polymer produced by reacting Bisphenol A with carbonyl chloride, also known as phosgene. Lexan is the brand name for polycarbonate sheet in thicknesses from 0.75 mm (0.03 in) to 12 mm (0.48 in) and resin in a wide range of grades.”
What is the best type of paint to use for this? Is liquid brush paint better than spray paint?

I don't know the correct answer for this and in US I'm sure that you have products that I'd have trouble getting here in Portugal.
However, I sell auto refinish paints (PPG) and what I've heard around is that painting termoplastic is something quite complicated.
I'd contact a painter manufacturer tech department, such as one from PPG, Williams, Dupont or Sikkens.
