High Speed Juicer

Do centrifugal juicers waste many nutrients?
Please tell me I'm still getting loads of vitamins from my juice...
I keep hearing that with oxygen and high speed, etc. that these juicers are useless.
Because of the oxidation issues and loss of fiber, I always prefer to just toss fruits and veggies into a blender, add a little water, and voila.

Juicer Comparison Hurom vs Lequip
Is anybody here a raw foodist whatever?
I really want to be more healthy and i've been considering going raw. I think I want to start the "raw food" thing and juicing and all that stuff. What are some steps i can take towards my journey? : )
Is the first step to buy a high speed blender and a juicer?
Any websites or tips or anything would be really helpful thanks!
Wow these are really really great tips everybody! And "friendofchip" i loved your tips. I still really want to get a juicer anyways. I've tried green juices and i think they are so delicious : ) I heard good things about breville too!
You know what raw foodism is about? I wish I knew it when I first started. It is simply eating fresh, whole, ripe, raw fruits and vegetables. Eat as much fruit as you care for. foodnsport.com, rawvegan.com, 30bananasaday.com

I have often heard this in reference to automobile chases, where a high rate of speed is relative to other traffic. While a person may comfortably walk at 4m/s, a snail would certainly consider that a "high rate of speed".
There is no scientific definition for the phrase.
