Hi Dun and Dun.
I will see Dun the 2nd later today in Alexandria at the Whole Grains Conference. Thanks for your report on the sugar cane juicer. I never dared to try drinking the juice in India where this machine is to be found all over. I did a 2 minut video on Street Food in 2007. Please see (at 1 minute and 20 seconds) there is a segment where you can see the Sugar Cane Juicer in action near Mambalam station in Chennai, India. Yours look super clean and new. I would love to try – without risking an upset stomach.
