I have 3 questions regarding ginger for everyday use?
Hey Guys! Just wondering, about 3 questions in my mind that has been driving me crazy, so here it goes:
1) I have a Jack Lalanes power juicer, the machine that juices everything and leaves the pulp behind, I have tried juicing ginger before, and was really zesty and delicious! My first question is, after I juice the ginger juice, how can I store it away so I can use it for the next day?
2) Is ginger juice a good healthy sauce for stir frying in replacment of soy sauce? ( I dont like soy sauce)
3) Is having ginger almost everyday, bad for you?
Hope this helps 
1) It should be fine stored overnight in a tuperware, or any other vessel you have that has a tight fitting lid. Fresh juices, in my experience, do not store well for an extended period of time, other than apple, orange, and tomato.
2) I do have a ginger based sauce, and will post it as soon as I can locate it in my card file. Ginger juice is not a suitable substitute for soy sauce, but other substitutes are: "tamari (thicker) OR Maggi seasoning OR black bean sauce thinned with water OR kecap manis (much sweeter) OR Worcestershire sauce". If you do not like soy sauce, you will equally dislike tamari.
3) Ginger is very good for you! "Ginger is believed to have several health benefits. It has been shown to reduce arthritic joint pain, lower cholesterol and thin blood. Ginger is used as a treatment for stomach cramping and diarrhea, as well as seasickness and morning sickness. Ginger tea is also a common remedy for colds--it can make you sweat, which can break a fever. In India, a ginger paste is applied to the temples as a treatment for headaches. Ginger is also referred to in the Kama Sutra as a powerful aphrodisiac.The FDA has placed ginger on their "generally recognized as safe" list."

Have you tried a Jack La Lanne's power juicer machine?
I was curious to find out from anyone who has ever owned or tried one of those juicing machines promoted by Jack La Lanne. Was it difficult to operate? Were there any benefits health wise from using it? What is your opinion of this product? Thanks to all for any comments.
I own one and its GREEAAAATTTT!!!!! I love it...its th ebest thing ever. I juice in the morning and ys the health benefits are great I make fresh OJ and appple with carrot and beet etc...instead of having to wash the back all the time I put a big freezer ziploc to catch the skins and empty every other day...its a great investment if you are willing to invest the time to make juice
