You will find that weight will naturally come off. You are giving your body the nutrients that it needs so it can use some of the new found energy to burn off that old nasty fat that has been lingering in your belly and thighs. Who doesn't want that? All you need to do is juice!
Another benefit of juicing is that the body doesn't need to go into digestion mode because you are consuming liquid. Your body can naturally absorb the nutrients and vitamins that are in the juice. You will find that you have oodles and scads more energy after juicing, which is your body's way of saying thank you.
After juicing many people say that they feel a "sugar high". You may be confused, because there is no added sugar into the mixture, but fruits and vegetables naturally have sugar in them. After drinking a glass your body releases the fruit and vegetable sugar which gets the endorphins going just like it would after a good, hard workout.
When it comes to buying a juicer you need to be careful. Some aren't as powerful as other and leave you with wet, nasty pulp.
