Juice Healthy Juicing

Are fruit juices healthy? Most fruit juice labels I look at have corn syrup listed first.?
I have looked at labels and noticed they contain higher sugars than most sodas and most do not use fructose to sweeten the drink. I also use to work at Pepsi and discovered that diet soda weighs double than regular. Denser items do use more calories so why does diet soda weigh more.
Well it partially depends on if they are really fruit (100%) juice or fruit blends, cocktails, etc. A true fruit juice is 100% fruit (and it will say that on the labels and read the ingredients). If it has corn syrup (or any type of sugar added then it's not fruit juice. As for are they healthy:
Fruit blends - total junk. don't waste your time on those. They might have vitamins, but the added sugar and other crap outweighs the benefits
Fruit juice - still high in sugar. Now it is 'good' (i.e. natural fruit sugar) but it is still in too high a dose. Better to just eat the whole fruit. Eat an apple, orange, or grapes, instead of drinking their juice counterparts.
In general drinking your calories is not a good thing (unless you make it yourself) but true fruit juice is better than drinking soda

Healthy Juicer - Wheatgrass extraction
Is the tomato juice canned healthy for our body?
I've bought a tomato juice canned at the store. But, I wondered, is it healthy for us to drink that?
I think it has too much salt. And the above is correct; fresh is always better. But on the flip side, it's better than a can of soda.
