I'm going to try your recipe and some of the others on the Blendtec site…in our cheapo blender and see what happens. I bet your blender can make some delicious frozen mix drinks

I recently rekindled my love with our Juiceman Juicer II, that I bought on Ebay for $10, I thought, at the time when I purchased it a year or so ago, that I would have my family drinking several servings of veggies a day…HA !..boy was I wrong
But I'm not going to give up, a few months ago I bought a cookbook called Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfeld ( Jerry's wife) and have successfully disguised a few veggies that they otherwise would not have ever touched.
Who ever thought brownies made with carrot and spinach puree and Chocolate Chip Cookies made with chickpeas could be sooooo good! I also listened to Kathy Freston on Soul Series..made me think. I made tacos the other night and used that Morning Star brand of meat substitute ( didn't bother to mention it to the hubby) and he ate it, couldn't believe it!
