Jay Kordich 2010 introduction

You are right, exercise is important with the raw food diet. You're doing great!!! I have the Jack LaLanne Juicer. I broke one, and ordered another. I still have the Jay Kordich (Juiceman) Juicer, but it's small and noisy. I keep it case the other breaks down. What I am thinking of doing is when I juice, that I will juice the greens 1st and use the pulp of the greens and put it in a blender and make a smoothie with a banana and berries. I dislike wasting the greens… Hope it's good…

You make me miss my juicer. I used to juice religiously–about four years ago. My little Juiceman Juicer got alot of mileage. I don't know what happened…if it just became a huge chore to wash, peel, buy all the veggies/fruits….but we eventually stopped juicing. I do miss it. My kids loved it.
I would buy a huge 40 lb. (?) back of valencia oranges from the farmers market. A couple of those giant size bags of carrots from costco. Whatever apples were on sale. I would juice for what seemed like freakin' hours every morning.
But it felt good knowing my kids were drinking something nutritious.
If you really want a kick…juice green apples, fresh kale and lime. Wooboy!! That is TASTY–and tangy! My absolute FAVE green drink! Appple/carrots/beets/ginger–thats another zinger too.
