I wanted one of these pretty badly when I saw one too. And then I started researching and thinking. I'm a cake designer, so I've worked with a few machines and have owned a kitchen aid for a very long time. All of the chefs I have spoken to say that the construct of the cuisinart, it's actual design is completely impractical…and I'm inclined to agree. The whole thing is spring-loaded and it's really heavy, so it will pop up pretty quickly and dangerously if you're not really mindful at all times. Adding ingredients could be problematic too. AND, bowl size, at least for me, is also a factor. My next machine is going to be a kitchen aid professional series. The motor is 675 watts, which is more powerful than the commercial machine, and plenty powerful indeed, and the bowl is 6 or 7 quarts, which is huge. Kitchen aid just has the better reputation for this sort of thing too. Sorry, this was really long and kind of obnoxious to do when someone is salivating over a specific goody.
