Juicer Cleaner
do i need a juicer or is a blender enough?can you suggest a cheap (<60$) juicer?
I have been using a blender to make smoothies since last 6 months but now i have got bored of the smoothies......can u suggest a good juicer which is cheap and easy to clean...also if u can suggest a few juice ideas,it will be great
Well, a lot depends on what you want to make juice from.
You can buy a citrus juicer quite cheaply.
Apples and grapes can be boiled with water and pressed and strained. Use the pulp to make fruit butter or leather. Pineapple, plums and any other juicy fruits can be made the same way.
Watermelon, strawberries, raspberries can be blended and strained.
But if you want to do carrots and other vegetables, I think you have to spend the money on a good juicer. Watch the sale flyers for a good price.

where can i find a good small quality powerfull juicer for juicing fruits .?
i would like to find a small powerfull juicer thats easy to clean. if someone knows the perfect brand and model for this, please let me know. doc says i need a diet change. thanks
I bought a jack's juicer from online. Works great. The juice isn't as foamy as from other juicers. And my friend has had hers for years with no problems. Mine costed 100 dollars and was worth every penny.

dude just drinking water and exercise would have done it… the rest would make your farts smell horrendous. the creatine is a good idea though.
