Juicer Diet Plan
Is there anyone out there who can help me with a juicing question?
I want to go on a juice fast for my health sake. I do not plan to use a juicer but rather a blender. I am weak minded and have beat myself up so that my morale is all but gone. I am 100 pounds overweight and greatly need to detox. Is there anyone out there WHO IS JUICING? How do I motivate myself, for I am a meat lover?. The meat has caused my blood pressure to rise and the grease does not help. I would like to learn to eat lightly with juicing.
I know that EVERYONE has a diet remedy or opinion. I do not want your remedy or opinion. I need to juice and am not interesting in counting calories and the foolishness that goes with it. THERE ARE MANY JUICERS OUT THERE, AND I NEED TO HEAR FROM YOU GUY. It will motivate me.
I want to help you. I juice 3 times a day.
First..don't use a blender. Get a juice extractor. Make a commitment and stick to it.
If you really are 100 pounds over weight, it's going to take a lot of juices to detoxify your poor liver.
Start slow, until you find your rythym. Besides, you may become ill at first because the juices will be stirring up the toxins to eliminate them. Don't let that get you down, it's normal, don't give up.
By 5 or 6 different fruits and veggies. Seasonal foods prefferrably. Make sure you was them. You don't need recipes. Just add one of each...it tastes great.
Keep your juicer as well as your fruits and veggies on the counter....ready to go. If you put all that stuff away...you'll end up quitting. Keep your eyes on the prize. You WILL lose weight and you WILL lose the craving for meat. All of that meat you have been eating is sitting in your gut fermenting. If you MUST have meat, only small portions 2x a week. Remember...this will work. Your body will thank you and people will notice how good you're looking. Your eyes will shine like mirrors, your skin will be soft and acne free and your body odour will decrease.

Dieting and Fitness?
Hey everyone!
I'm 20 years old, and I am 122 lbs. I need to loose 10lbs at least by July. I feel like I have a lot of baby fat... including my stomach! I eat well - green tea (4+ cups a day) ect. I was planning to get a juicer... some say its a good idea, and others dont!
I'm going to start going to the gym to work out. But I need some suggestions as to what foods burn off A LOT of calories. I've tried Oolong tea- but honestly i'm not sure if thats helping or not!!
My goal is to have abs! HELP!! I'm desperate
The best way to lose weight/tone up /get in shape or get fitter is cardio! Getting your heart rate up is the best thing you do for your body. Eating right also plays a large role, so up the fruit and veg and eat one carb based meal a day, with lean meats, fish & chicken. Just cut out all the sugary fatty stuff that you know is bad for you. And then get into the cardio. Running, walking, jogging, stationary bike, stepper, cross trainer – anything that gets your heart rate up will burn calories and tone fat. After cardio is the best time to do lunges, squats and crunches. They are more effective when combined with cardio. PLEASE ACTUALLY LISTEN TO THAT. doing situps and crunches are great but wont work anywhere near as well as when teamed with cardio. you cannot choose where you lose weight - your body will take it where it wants to, store it where it wants to - focusing on one area is silly, it wont work.
Also – try to eat six or five small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. This makes your body think you are going to feed it regularly and therefore thinks it needs to burn quicker. You have to do this every day though, not every second day, your body needs to get used to it. The worse thing you can do is starve yourself or cut down to two meals or one meal a day. Your body thinks it being starved and therefore stores all your fat and all the calories and carbs and turns that into fat instead of burning it and then you stuff your metabolism up and it'll never be the same. The thing is to still lower your calories by eating fruit and veg and other good stuff but not starving yourself. do this and it'll work!
It’s all common sense – eating right & burning it off! The best thing about exercise is once you get going and speed your metabolism up it stays fast and burns calories when you aren’t doing anything!
