Juicer Glass
I want a fully automatic juicer that gives fine bitter-less juice(should not crush seeds).?
Can anyone suggest me a good juicer that is fully automatic and produces fine juice without lumps.
I want a juicer in which i could just put the fruit(obviously without peal) and get a glass of fine juice without seeds and lumps.

Juicer: How To Use A Power Juicer
One of the biggest revolutions in the health and fitness industry is the use of a power juicer for extracting the vitamins and minerals a body needs for a great tasting drink. Any type of vegetable, and fruit, can be used in a whole fruit juicer for starting the day out right with energy and vitality to last the day. Usually it is a quick run to the tea shop for a bagel, or some other type of pastry. Only to feel run down at midday. A juicer is invaluable to help you keep your stamina, as well as lose those unwanted pounds around your middle and thighs.
What Type of Juicer to Choose?
In the world of the power juicerthere are several different types to choose from. However, the best juicer on the market would be the masticating juicer. This type of juicer will extract more of the actual juice - which carries over to more nutrients - than other types. Typically, the masticating juicer will remove up to 40% more juice than other leading types. The reason for this is that this type of juicer chews into the entire fruit and cell fibers of the fruit, or vegetable, to release more of the precious vitamins and minerals.
How To Use
Sometimes a simple citrus juicercan be used, but will leave you with a lot of pulp and the need to use several fruits to get enough juice. Replace the citrus juicer with a powerful electric juicer and you will see that your juices are free of pulp and you will use less fruit.
To use this type of juicer, place the fruit, or vegetables, inside the chute at the top of the juicer. As you feed in the fruit, the auger will do the job of removing the juice. The pulp and chunks will be separated from the juice which will flow out of the spout into your glass.

not in my book. eat whole grain cereal and breads and pizzas. definitely stay away from non-fat. go 1% fat. same with the pizza. make it whole grain if possible, put grilled chicken on it. make the teas sugar free if not already. eat at least one more meal. I eat 5 or 6 a day with exercise and all I gain is strength and muscle, if anything at all. add a lean steak dinner with whole grain pasta or potato (I fry sliced potatos on a pan with canola spray). you need fat to lose weight or keep weight. plus fat keeps cravings away. I don't get cravings for junk anymore since I eat well and eat enough. and that's from eating nothing but junk before I started. I get about 35 grams complex carbs, 30 grams protein, and 5 grams of fat in each meal. exercise is important. the kit kat ain't terrible, but remember that if it causes an insulin spike, it can all the sudden cause the insulin to push the carbs and fats into your cells. this is the reason to stick to low GI carbs most of the time. (google GI and such) bodybuilding.com can teach you alot about healthy eating. Even though bodybuilders are stereotyped negatively, they are masters of healthy eating.
