Is blending fruits into juices equally healthy as eating them raw?
I find eating raw fruits,especially apples,pears etc a difficult habit because they can sometimes be tasteless and unappetizing-so i decided to use a blender (yes,a blender,not a juicer) to blend the fruits then drink them as i found that they tasted much better in liquid form-i find that it's much easier to consume more fruits when they're blended,so
1.Is this way of consuming the fruits considered unhealthy in any way,should i not be blending them?
2.Is it okay that i use a blender-because when i do eat fruits without blending them i don't peel the skin off and i feel that when i use the juicer only a portion of the fruit's nutrition comes out whereas the rest remains untouched-or is there some reason i should be using a juicer instead?
There is every reason to be using a blender instead of a juicer, as long as have thoroughly washed the produce.
WIth a juicer, you are completely removing the pulp from the fruit, and the pulp is fibre, generally soluble fibre. Fibre is necessary to help you to feel satiated, and to help guard against constipation and other, far more serious instestinal illnesses.

Healthy Juicer Manual Wheatgrass Juicer
I just bought a juicer ... so what kinds of (fruits and) veggies should I blend for a healthy everyday drink?
Don't overuse it. What you need more than the juice is the pulp which gets thrown away.

my parents were pretty strict about not letting us have this type of food in the house. bartered with a someone at lunch one time and got my hands on them. pretty un impressed. looking back my parents scorn of this type of crap really helped me realize what food is and should be. fun recipe: seltzer and juicy juice = healthy soda

When eating carrots it's best to have cooked them for a few minutes as the goodness from them is more easily digested. Eating them raw will not provide the same amounts of beta carotine.
Juicing is somewhat controversial as it removes the fibers to a greater extent. Fiber is the stuff that keeps you feeling full after eating, it releases other nutrients whilst on it's journey though your intestines and it also mops up LDL (bad fats) and free radicals, so it helps cleanse your body.
Juice alone cannot do these important things. Not to say juice is bad, it certainly isn't but you do need to eat a certain amount of fiber each day. If you only get that from vegetables and suddenly switch to juicing you will eventually lack the fiber you were getting previously.
I'd say juice and eat whole veg daily.

You would benefit more from counseling then being on a diet.
You apparently have self-esteem issues not weight issues, and if not properly handled, you could easily become anorexic.
I am 5'6 and I am 270 Lbs, I am a counselor a motivational speaker. Because of a construction accident in my past I went from my norm of 175 to almost 500 lbs.
So you have nothing to worry about. I am happy and healthy right now and making healthy choices. My weight is not where it should be but it is getting there. For my bone structure I should be around 165 lbs.
Why are you complaining.
Go seek out help and talk to someone you can trust. Find out what is REALLY bothering you and get help for it.
Losing weight when you are already normal is not going to help what is going on inside you.
