Make Carrot Juice Juicer

Is this a good weight loss diet?
Breakfast - I make with our juicer a 800ml celery, orange, carrot and apple juice.
Lunch - A meal replacemant shake (instant breakfast or slimfast)
Dinner - Whatever the family cooks, usually pastas or rice or steamed vegies and so on, common stuff.
Though not diet related, but weight loss related - I do exercise.
Its okay, I wouldn't suggest meal replacemants, because if you stop using them you might gain some weight. Also why not cut out starchy foods like white bread, rice and pasta completely, you'll lose some weight from cutting out them.
If you want a healthy lunch, have some chicken or fish and some fruit and veg, and wholemeal bread, pasta and rice are good too.
Its good that you're exercising, I recommend cardio if you want to lose more weight, but please have 3 PROPER meals a day!

Nutritional Apple Carrot Juice by Dish with Trish
Do You make Your own Juices?
From a Juicer? I like all fruit juices. I can tolerate spinach and carrots, maybe a little garlic. My Husband likes His veggie drinks with like five cloves of garlic...nasty. What kinds do You like?
Don't own a juicer.
Would you make some juices for me?

Don't listen to such nonsense, do a little research yourself and you will realize what an absurd claim this is. COOKED carrots are digestible, uncooked carrots really only serve as "roughage" when a human consumes them.
Think about it, would you believe someone who told you a particular drug (or herb or fruit) cured "childhood illnesses"? Of course not, since that includes so many different diseases! "Cancer" is a clasification of a medical disease, not a single disease, so it is absolutely silly to believe that the juice from one particular vegetable could treat ALL these diseases!
Your mom should follow the advice of her doctor for the best appropriate treatment for her particular cancer, and should stay away from bogus "miracle cure" claims. Most cancers are VERY treatable and manageable today, I wish your mom the very best of luck…

You totally dislike carrots? But I guess there okay for you in a mixture, say a stew or somesuch? I like carrots very much and carrot juice too – in fact, you've inspired me to go press some juices for a vitamin boost!D x
