   Hey Kathleen,I actually like to make this recipe with Brazil Nuts! It’s even better, just soak the Brazil nuts in water overnight in the refrigerator. Either put them through a masticating juicer, or just put the nuts and the nutmilk (you could use rice milk, or any other type of ‘milk’) in the blender to really puree the nuts, and you will be good to go!KengRAWnola!

   It’s a Matstone – it’s basically the cheapest masticating juicer I could find. I’d had a centrifugal one before and not been impressed. I think the Matstone style gives a better juice, less foamy. Takes a bit longer as the feed tube is smaller so you can just fling a whole apple in – but I think it’s worthwhile! Can’t remember where I ordered from but it comes up lots of places if you just search matstone juicer.I’m jealous of your dehydrator! I’ve started noticing them everywhere, every cooking program I watch on TV seems to have them now!

   I am getting so confused about juicing vs blending. Wouldn't it have been better to juice the spinach in a masticating juicer, and then adding that to the blender? I keep hearing that the high rpms of the blender will oxidize the veggies.
