I add white onion and Miracle Whip on a wheat bread I like.....YUM !!
Crisp Bacon- Garden Tomatoes- Lettuce, and of course, A Sandwich isn't a sandwich without the taste of Miracle Whip! In addition, if the bread is NOT fresh, and I mean FRESH, I can't enjoy it. Have to toast it then...I'm picky that way...

Tuna mixed with miracle whip, relish on 2 slices of honey whole wheat bread
Diet Soda
Snack
Grapes and some sunflower seeds
Dinner
Grilled Chicken Cattatorie made with low sodium stewed tomatoes and whole wheat pasta
Snack
Nonfat Apple Turnover yogurt
Drank water
Sounds pretty good. If you add some exercise in there then you'd really be on track!

I didnt know that about the jehovahs what else have they brushed under the carpet. They dont do prophecy anymore because not one of their attemtps to get it right worked, they are realy waco to beleive all that after knowing what thier faith is built on

It seems no Christian religion is complete until is has another Christian sect it despises and persecutes. The "I'm right and everybody else is wrong" theme that is so strong in Christianity seem terribly at odds with the teachings of love, charity, tolerance and not judging others the Bible teaches. No wonder so many think religious people are mostly hypocrites.
Personally I never heard of Charles Taze Russell until I Goggledogle search on him just now. What a snake pit of neurotic websites it revealed.
