I have National juicer/Blender (Made in Japan) which is of 220v ~50-60 220W, i plugged the appliance here in US but it is not working what type of voltage converter should i use , should i use STEP UP VOLTAGE CONVERTER OR STEP DOWN VOLTAGE CONVERTER?? where can i get that and how much will it cost ? Please advice
