Nut Juicer juicers, raw food enthusiasts, why do I get hungry ? read:?
OK, I am trying to juice and have found that when I can stick with only juicing, I am getting well faster from a chronic condition, but I seem to get so hungry with only juicing, I have added some nuts, any other suggestions, I will not do dairy or meats.
Juice is the fruit without the fiber. That is probably why you feel hungry. I suggest you a whole fruit (with fiber) based raw food diet. And you have to eat a lot of fruit. Smoothies are great. Think of them as whole juices. I love the basic banana smoothie. Blend two bananas with half a cup of water and enjoy. If you wish you can add some ice or frozen berries before blending. Over 50, family history of heart disease and more. Doc has taken me off meats, cheese -"anything with a face or a mama".
Tried Veggie diets in late 70's - but much has changed.
What is a good online source for the right diet? What about juicers (I have one). Is the new "fruit & nut only" diet for real? Male - tall & husky but overweight with high (269) cholesterol. Calling all gurus! Somewhat informed but not "currently" hep.
Help (send pizza).(no cheese). Also, due to a "must have" steroid I take, have a bit of a problem processing carbs. Thanks.
Well, considering that you are looking for a vegan diet... I am probably not the right person to help you... especially with the carbs. it's going to be tricky because either you are not absorbing carbs, or are limited in the amout you are being allowed to take in... not sure which...
