The Coopers have an orange juicer that they use to make fresh squeezed OJ. The 1st squeezing the juicer extracts 1/3 of the total juice in the oranges. Each squeezing after extracts about 1/3 of the remailing juice. How long will it take to get at least 3/4 of the orange's juice? How many squeezings will it take to get at least 9/10 of the juice?
.333 + .2222 + .148 + .098 + .0659 and so on...
4 times for 3/4... you actually get 80.1% of the juice this way but at 3 times you get less than 75%
2 more times (6 total and you get atleast 9/10ths of the oranges juice)
Can I just get regular OJ and water it down after Master Cleanse?
So, I'm going to finish the master cleanse tommorow and on Thursday I have to start the "breaking the fast" part. I don't have a juicer or oranges and I was just wondering if I could get orange juice from the store, healthy of course, and water it down instead?
Oranges are expensive and I'd have to get enough to last me at least two days.
I'd also have to buy a juicer.
I just spent a ton on buying a bunch of lemons too.
I you are going to the store anyway, why not just buy oranges?
