If you are buying midrange laptops, apple is very competitive. At the time i bought my macbook pro, it was $500 cheaper than an asus with comparable stats. And because i got the mac, I got fantastic service plans with it, and since have saved about $800 on replacement parts (that were 100% my fault) So id say it is very budget conscious to buy apple in the long run. Plus, my re-sale is currently higher than any plastic p.o.s. from dell or gateway.

That's not a VALID number for the part…..
So just state you need the front panel control buttons….
I'll check and see what the part number is when I get time….
I can't use the system right now, they are doing maintenance on it….
Include your MODEL
Your CHASSIS (CTC xxx –like CTC 197, ore CTC 176) from the tag on the back…..
And the part you need….. Front Panel control buttons.
