MMA Training Sessions????????????
I've just turned 15 and i train at mma 2 times a week, however soon i'll be training they're 5 days a week. Basically i need a 5 day workout routine that will make me fitter and stronger in all areas. Monday MMA, Tuesday rest, Wednesday MMA, Thursday weightlifting 6kg + hand grip squeezer with a can of nurishment protein milk after, Friday MMA bag workout + Speedball, Satarday press ups + situps with a can of nurishment protein milk after. I walk my dogs every morning, and i don't want to stunt my growth but what do you think of that weekly training?. I try to eat healthy, but every now and then i do have sugar but i try to resist it to 1 day a week. In the morning i eat weetabix is this a good cereal to have in the morning?
Break down MMA into individual routines, your cardio will be worked through the warm-up exercises and sparring.
Monday: Submission wrestling and Wrestling take downs and take down defense
Tuesday: Boxing/kickboxing heavy bag only punch-kick combos hard 3min on bag 1min abs(mix-up different ab routine each min).
Wednesday: Weight training, body conditioning, lite sparring.
Thursday: Same as Monday
Friday: Same as Tuesday
Saturday: Same as Wednesday go a lil harder??
Protein shake after each exercise is fine, make sure it has a carb/protein mix w/little fat. 15 years old you can eat almost anything, just watch the junk foods and sugar drinks.
This is just a sample, I don't know watch your gym provides or the instructors it has or equipment.

Alessi Designer Gifts - Better for Your Soul, Your Wallet and the Environment!
In the post credit crunch arena some might consider it decadent and even fool hardy to be tempted by those iconic pieces of designer home ware that add the special finishing touches to your home. So there you have it – when making your next home ware purchase remember that spending a little extra to begin with is better for your soul, your wallet and the environment...
