How do I remove fruit and vegetable stains on the fruit juicer?
I use the fruit juicer every morning for juicing mostly apples, carrots, celery, oranges, tomatoes, etc. After a number of uses, unsightly brown color fruit and vegetable stains are all over the plastic and stainless steel parts of the fruit juicer. How can I remove these stains?
Abby, here is tried and true way. Oxi clean! put a little 1/8 cup to a 1/4 cup depending on the size in bottom and fill with hot water up to stain line. Let sit half hour or so and it should just rinse away, might have to scrub with a scrubbie sponge. This also works great on coffee and tea stains in coffee mugs or travel mugs that get used for coffee everyday and get a coffee build up in them.

"Good juicer"

This is my first juicer, so I don't have much to compare it to. But after having it for a month, I do have an impression of its performance and quality.
We use it almost daily and put a good variety of fruits and vegetables through it: oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, apples, carrots, celery, beets, etc. It has never gotten clogged up, overheated, or otherwise malfunctioned. It has never spilled/leaked juice all over my counter like I've seen in other posts. There are only about five or six parts to wash after each use, and it disassembles/assembles very easily. One feature I like is that the pitcher that catches the juice has a foam separator -- keeps the foam in the pitcher while you pour out the juice into your glass.
I've noticed, however, that the pulp it kicks out is still fairly wet. I'm guessing that with a more expensive machine, I'm going to get drier pulp -- therefore, more juice -- than I'm getting with this machine. Overall though I'm happy with what I've got.

I waited until I'd had mine for a month, to make sure I wasn't missing some problem, but I haven't discovered a single one. I make large quantities of juice nearly every day, and in my view this juicer is efficient and simple to clean. It hasn't overheated, and it's handled every fruit I put in it with no hassle. I do tend to be careful not to overstuff the feed chute, but I've juiced whole apples without a hitch. I consider it a great buy for the money.

Beautiful.I own a Vita, that spiralizer, the Breville stainless steel juicer, an Excalibur dehyd, a Cuisinart coffee pot, a whole separate barista setup for espresso and steamed nut milk
it just goes on and on…But the only things you really need: a knife, a cutting board, and a vita. GREAT post. Minnetonka. My parents still live on the border of Chanhassen/Excelsior. Sister made it out, she’s in chicago 
And I made it wayyyy out. I was in CA for years and foolishly moved to AZ and trying to get back to CA, stat.:)
