I joined Ken recently on the Juice Master's 'Ultimate Retreat' in Bordubet, Turkey.
Ken gave classes in Yoga and Thai Chi there. His relaxed personality is heart warming to the soul and enables anyone to join in, in his classes without feeling intimidated about what level you are at. Everything as he says is 'As you wish, SUKA'.
He has given me a deeper understanding of both practices which I am continuing and I hope to return to Bordubet and Ken's retreats in Ireland. Sure the 'craic would be mighty'!
Hope everyone from the retreat is well and I cant wait to go back! Plus well done on the Website Ken and Kris!

We just started juicing on a daily basis about a week ago. My husband came complete with the most fabulous kitchen appliances including a juice master (As Seen on Late-Night Infomercial). Yep… I married up.We juice just about everything. A couple of my favorites so far:1 carrot1/2 beet w/greens1″ ginger1/2 lemon w/rind1 clove garlic
