Vegetable Juicer Diet What foods can you eat to help fix a female hormonal imbalance?
From the research I've done, it's possible I have a hormonal imbalance (I'm 38). I'm looking to find out what kinds of foods I can add (or subtract) from my diet to help my body produce more of the 'stuff' my body needs to equal things out more. My biggest problem is severe fatigue. Most of the things I've been reading suggest I may have 'estrogen dominance'...anyone dealing with this?
I am NOT interested in taking drugs or going on the pill. I'm not a health nut; I just know that people turn too much to drugs before finding out what it is their bodies are missing. I own a juicer, and I'm sure there's certain fruits and/or vegetables out there that will help me out a lot. Any ideas?
I don't have this problem but my doctor always tells me that tuna,
fish oil (its a natural vitamin... very healthy for you), and specialty teas work. I love tuna so I can eat it regularly. I'm not to big on pills either but I guess the fish oil lowers colesterol too?! and I love love love the specialty tea. I get mine at walmart. they usually have it in the medicine aisle
Has anyone tried a juice fast without using real fruits and vegetables in a juicer? Can I have the same positive effects and weight loss from fasting on bottled juices, such as V8 fusion?
This is just a temporary diet for cleansing and kick-starting weight loss, not a long term thing for me, so don't think that!
Thanks for any help!
when i juice fast i always use bottled juice, just make sure that it really is 100% with nothing added. organic juice is the best. also, you need to do some serious research becuase if you do it wrong it could hurt you. good luck!
the more fruits and veggies you can get, the better! They're full of antioxidants and vitamins- drinking juice from raw fruits and veggies are a great way to boost your energy and your vitamin intake. Good for you!
