try a fruit soup-
Frozen Fruit (big bag from costo or Sam's)
ice
frozen blueberries or strawberries
blend about a min until chunky and serve

Wow. That Vitamix actually lasted 20 years!!! I am pleased with my choice now. I just got mine this week. I struggled between getting it or the Blendtec, but knowing yours lasted so long gives me confirmation that I made the right choice. Hope your new purchase out lasts your previous one.

i do not own a Vita Mix but have been dying for one. my favorite recipe to try would be the flourless chocolate banana cake.

No grit at all! I like it alot! The flavor is really good too! I use a few different brands. I like Sun Warrior (Sun Food), Warrior Food (HealthForce Nutrtionals) & Life Basics (LifeTime) Chocolate Powder
