Warranty Health

I bought a Yorkie pup from a breeder, she got sick, is my warrantee good?
I bought an adorable 7 week old tiny yorkie puppy from a local breeder. The puppy came with a health warranty.Within 5 days she got sick, coccidiosis is what she was originally treated for,she did get slightly better, but in the 3 following weeks she got sicker and sicker, wouldn't eat and had diareah.I fought desperately to save her, even got her a blood transfusion, but to no avail.Sadly she passed away.I paid $800 for her and over $1200 in vet bills.I called the Breeder at the very beginning of all of this and all she said was that the puppy was healthy when she left her.I kept in touch thoughout the ordeal with the breeder and let her know what was happening. She then revealed to me that this puppy was only 5 weeks old when she removed her from her mother. The ??is should I get a free puppy?I believe that her immuned system was too weak. Or am I just out $2000 and been to hell. Please advise. Max was a trooper. And is missed terribly.Broken hearted and plain broke, Patty
