Knock on wood - Blind Lemon
I have a cherry wood Les Paul studio guitar and I bought some lemon oil to clean it.?
I was wondering If I should use it on the whole guitar or just the fretboard?
If not what can I use for the rest of the guitar?

You should only need to use a diluted solution of detergent/soap and a clean cotton t-shirt/rag/cloth to *clean* your guitar (at least, that's what I use). Any gunk that's hard to get rid of can be taken care of with a razor, q-tips, a toothbrush, whatever works.
Lemon oil should be used only for conditioning your fretboard.
